People For Earth

"Let's walk slowly through Namsan Botanical Garden, look closely at the trees, observe what enters our mind, and reflect on our relationship with the earth, you, and me."

For Earth Day, we held the 〈The poem that 'Earth' and 'us' write 'together〉 event.  Participants walked around the Namsan Park, wrote their sentences, and then completed the poem together through relay poetry.

Walking slowly, lingering for sometimes and connecting with the nature, the participants freed themselves from the restraints of daily life and feeling the Earth breath.  During the time spent with nature, they wrote their reflections as sentences. 

Together, we composed a poem about the Earth and our relationship with it upon which we spent some intimate and quality time together within the silent space in the rooftop.  

The Earth showed a dazzling light into the empty space before the event began.

As the sun set, Earth's time melted into our lives.

The Earth provided a peaceful moment for everyone who came to find her side.
